We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full‑time or part‑time Occupational Therapist to join our clinic in McMinnville, Oregon
.
Base Pay Range – $79,191.00/yr to $/yr.
Full‑time – 40 hours per week.
Part‑time – $54.81 to $76.96 per client hour. Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking fewer hours.

What You’ll Do- Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
- Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
- Keep documentation up to date (we’ll help make it manageable).
- Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
- State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
- CPR certification.
- Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic encouraged.
- Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.
- A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
- Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
- Evaluate individuals 0–21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
- Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
- Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
- Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with members of the client’s care team.
- Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
