Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven clinical expertise in women's health, prenatal care, and gynecological procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive gynecological surgeries
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Participation in ongoing professional development or research projects

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years of post-residency clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Prior experience working in community or rural healthcare settings is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel as needed for professional meetings or training
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive care in diverse patient populations
