- 24-hour on-call shifts from 8 am - 8 am
- 1-2 patients seen per 24-hour shift
- C-section decision-making and performance required
- Surgical gynecology skills needed -- open and laparoscopic
- Management of breech and multiple births required
- Call ratio 1:3 with 20 minute response time
- Average 240 deliveries per year
- VBAC management preferred
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
