Responsibilities- Serve as the advocate for the client and the company.
- Identify customer needs, provide remote or on‑site assistance, and schedule technicians accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations, accounting and material management teams.
- Document interactions and produce accurate billing.
- Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and technical support as required.
- Minimum of a GED or high school diploma; advanced education in project management, business or accounting preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and project management concepts.
- Analytical, problem‑solving and quick learning abilities.
The average annual compensation in Oregon and southwest Washington is $41,600. Depending on experience and certifications, hourly pay ranges from $18 to $24.
