Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Salary: $75,000–$100,000
Location: McMinnville, OR (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with program leaders and management to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Nonprofit experience is a plus
