The Sponsor's office supports a global analysis mission that has a focus on transnational organized crime. The Sponsor's office supports analysts with a broad array of technical skills and subject matter expertise. Development activities will implement solutions to lower barriers to entry for analysis of complex and high volumes of information. The Sponsor requires support specializing in software engineering to provide technical support to ongoing operations.

Skills/Experience
1. Demonstrated experience with MySQL, Mongo

DB, RDS, or Elasticsearch for storing or analyzing data.
2. Demonstrated experience creating web applications using front-end frameworks like Vue or Angular.
3. Demonstrated experience using Python for data analysis and web application development.
4. Demonstrated experience programming in Java.
5. Demonstrated experience using Tomcat, Apache, and Express web servers.
6. Demonstrated experience with AWS for developing applications.
7. Demonstrated experience with high-volume datasets.

Demonstrated experience with full-stack development on secure environments.
9. DESIRED:
Demonstrated experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
10. DESIRED:
Demonstrated experience testing and using AWS services on a secure environment.
11. DESIRED:
Demonstrated experience working with operational and targeting elements with the Sponsor providing a quick turnaround for software development and data engineering tasks.

Demonstrated experience developing usage and user metrics of web applications.

Demonstrated experience creating web applications using CSS packages such as Material UI and Bootstrap.

Demonstrated experience processing geospatial information in standalone applications for use in technical solutions.

Demonstrated experience in geospatial targeting and processing geospatial information for analysts.
