The OpportunityAre you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to help build innovative solutions that will address client challenges and deliver business value? As a full-stack developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Dev Sec Ops environment. We’re looking for a developer with the skills needed to build web-based systems, microservices, APIs, and integration using streaming platforms from vision to production-ready system.
This role is more than just coding. We need a full-stack developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. Using modern Agile Software Development and Dev Sec Ops delivery methodologies, you’ll work with the development team to modernize, enhance, and maintain solutions. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Experience developing API or Microservices-based solutions and integration using platforms such as Spring Boot
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, performing design and code reviews, writing and executing automated unit tests, and writing and performing 508 tests
- Experience with test automation, Dev Sec Ops tool chains, and TDD practices in an Agile delivery environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container platforms in private or public cloud environments using technologies such as Amazon ECS or Gitlab
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, including frameworks such as React or Angular, front-end user interface development, and back-end interface development, including translating requirements into code and implementing mockups
- Experience with HTML or CSS, including cross-browser compatibility, responsive web design, CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS, and frameworks or libraries such as Bootstrap, Foundation, or the US Web Design Standards
- Experience testing cross-browser, cross-platform, or cross-device compatibility
- Public Trust
- Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science field
- Experience in mobile application development
- Experience with Cloud-native development using microservices
- Experience with cloud-computing services such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with strategic planning, process improvement, or performance management
- Experience with Okta or similar identity and access management solutions
- Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
- Possession of excellent critical thinking skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, team, and relationship-building skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
