Artisan Builders is seeking a Punch-Out/Master Carpenter to put the finishing touches on high-end custom homes. If you have an eye for precision and detail and take pride in flawless craftsmanship on large-scale residences, we want to hear from you.

This role is responsible for the final phase of construction, ensuring every detail is perfected before project completion, including intricate trim work, last-minute adjustments, and move-in readiness.

• Install and adjust doors, windows, cabinetry, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and custom millwork.
• Complete punch-out items, including adjustments, touch-ups, and finishing details.
• Construct and install built-in shelving, paneling, stair components, and other high-end woodwork.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets luxury-home standards before final walkthroughs.
• Identify and resolve carpentry-related issues prior to homeowner turnover.
• Sand, stain, paint, and finish wood surfaces for a seamless, high-end appearance.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to handle last-minute corrections efficiently.
• Operate and maintain woodworking tools and keep job sites clean and organized.

• 5 or more years of experience in high-end finish carpentry and punch-out work on custom homes.
• Expert knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and finishing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
• Unmatched attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, routers, sanders, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
