Security Guard - Armed Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel and resort location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, medical calls, and/or property damage reports.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter, monitoring for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents.;
Control access as assigned by monitoring entrances, restricted areas, and back-of-house spaces, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors in accordance with site-specific requirements.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol activities, and observations, and communicate promptly with property management and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
