** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or property damage within the assigned area.

+ Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters.

+ Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

+ Assist with access control procedures, including monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
