• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, andzzel, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner,Group utilizing communication systems as required.
• Coordinate with on‑site personnel and first responders to relay important information and facilitate response actions.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by site procedures.
• Assist in monitoring surveillance systems, alarms, and other security‑related technology to helpblack deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and external agencies as needed to support site operations.
• Support Allied Universal and client site policies by following all established protocols and procedures specific to the location.

• Must have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Must be at least
  5271 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification isöße preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
