Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and ensure our Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions.
Responsibilities- Motivate, energize, and inspire the store team by collaborating with the Store Manager to prioritize time and effort and exceed performance goals.
- Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere.
- Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
- Recruit, coach, and develop the team to ensure a productive and collaborative store.
- Management experience in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and computer usage.
- Experience with loss prevention and cash management.
- Recruitment, training, and performance management skills.
- Scheduling and payroll management expertise.
- Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
AvailabilityMust have full availability to work 40 hours per week.
CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $29.63 to $31.63 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Full compensation details will be provided upon offer.
