Overview
Keller Williams is looking for a motivated and committed Productivity Coach to help mentor and develop newly licensed real estate agents. This leadership role focuses on guiding agents as they launch, grow, and sustain successful real estate careers. As a Productivity Coach, you will provide steady accountability, hands-on training, and personalized one-on-one mentorship. You’ll ensure agents follow Keller Williams’ proven systems, models, and tools, helping them build the habits and skills needed for real, measurable success.
Your leadership will directly support agent growth and contribute to the overall performance and momentum of the Market Center.
- Guide new agents through Keller Williams' systems and models to ensure they build a strong foundation for their careers.
- Provide personalized one-on-one mentorship to help agents develop the skills and habits necessary for success.
- Facilitate regular training sessions that empower agents with actionable strategies and insights.
- Monitor agent progress and offer constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Encourage a culture of accountability by setting clear goals and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with agents to identify growth opportunities and tailor development plans to their unique needs.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the values and standards expected within the Keller Williams community.
- Real Estate License.
- Experience in real estate, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
- Ability to mentor and guide new agents, fostering their growth and development.
- Proven track record of facilitating training sessions that drive agent success.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear, actionable feedback and guidance.
- Ability to set and track performance goals, ensuring accountability and progress.
- Experience in creating personalized development plans tailored to individual needs.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, embodying the values and standards of Keller Williams.
$125,400 - $192,000 yearly
