Leasing Agent

Overview

Responsible for leasing rental units, marketing properties, and ensuring units are move-in ready while maintaining positive tenant relations.

• Advertise and promote available properties.
• Respond to inquiries and showcase rental units.
• Process applications, lease renewals, and rent increases.
• Maintain reports on prospective tenants and market trends.
• Assist with rent collection and tenant referrals.

• Schedule and oversee unit repairs and inspections.
• Ensure rental units are market-ready.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
• Support emergency property needs.

• High school diploma required.
• At least one year of leasing experience.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals.
• On-site living may be required.

• Full-time (40+ hours per week).
• Salary + commission for quick lease turnovers.
• Annual performance and salary review.
• Two weeks paid vacation after one year.
• Nine holidays + up to five sick days annually.
• Business gas reimbursement.
• Employer covers two-thirds of health insurance.
