Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN Charge Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality resident care, lead and mentor nursing staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll play an essential role in supporting our residents’ well-being and fostering a safe, supportive environment.

• Deliver direct resident care and collaborate with physicians to assess, update, and implement care plans.
• Coordinate pharmacy services with both military and civilian providers to ensure timely and accurate medication management.
• Administer and document medications, treatments, and ongoing resident assessments.
• Supervise and support nursing staff, offering guidance, answering questions, and ensuring quality care delivery.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident conditions, documentation accuracy, and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction during emergency situations, ensuring appropriate intervention and documentation.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in medical/surgical, long-term care, or assisted living preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric populations strongly preferred.

Location: McLean, VA (on-site)

Shifts: 7AM-7PM & 7PM-7AM
-Every other Friday

Pay Scale: $31.00-$37.00 per hour with shift differential
