• $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
• Benefits package (30+ hours worked per week)
• 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24/7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients
• Paid mileage ( if applicable )
• No union dues

• Provide care to clients such as medication administration, vitals, monitoring client’s health, as well as ADLs if required. Tasks may include wound care and delegation of complex tasks to Health Care Aides
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
• We service McLean, Falls Church, Reston, Oakton, Vienna
• Day, evening, night shifts, weekdays and weekends (maximum of 12 hour shifts)

• 1 year previous experience is an asset
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English; other languages are an asset
• Proof of LPN Certification ( CLPNA Registry #)
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check, within the year
• Must be able to legally work in USA to apply for this position
