Job Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape how globally recognized hospitality brands connect with audiences across social media platforms. Working within the Global Marketing and Loyalty team, you will play a critical role in executing and evolving brand social strategies that drive meaningful business results. This role is ideal for a social media professional with hands‑on experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility while building strategic expertise.

You will own day‑to‑day execution of brand social channels, translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand priorities and cultural trends. Success in this role requires a balance of independent ownership, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Own day‑to‑day execution of assigned brand social channels, including maintaining and executing against editorial calendars while proactively managing timelines, accuracy, and quality.
  • Define and execute social content aligned to brand and business priorities, contributing to content briefs for internal and external partners and optimizing existing creative resources.
  • Create low‑lift assets as needed, including platform‑native copy and light design updates.
  • Manage community engagement across multiple brand channels, applying sound judgment to foster positive interactions, escalating issues appropriately, and protecting brand reputation.
  • Independently pull and interpret monthly performance data and reporting to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Translate learnings into actionable recommendations for future content and optimizations.
  • Monitor platforms and social listening tools to identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and audience sentiment that can inform real‑time or near‑term social strategy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand marketing, internal partners, and agency teams, building strong working relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and informed recommendations.
  • Balance independent work with strong teamwork, moving projects forward proactively while ensuring alignment with broader social and brand strategies.
Skills
  • Passion for social media strategy and staying current on emerging platforms, features, and best practices.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across brands.
  • Ability to clearly articulate social recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ownership and accountability with the ability to manage work streams end‑to‑end.
  • Experience interpreting performance data and applying insights to inform content planning and recommendations.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and navigating feedback with professionalism.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional partners.
Experience
  • Two years of professional experience supporting social media strategy and execution.
  • One year of experience in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting or managing brand social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Threads.
  • Experience reporting on social performance and applying insights to recommendations.
  • Experience with written and verbal collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10 percent and work occasional hours outside standard business hours.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with social media management and planning tools such as Airtable or similar platforms preferred.
