Join our team as a Field Marketing Specialist and be a key player in driving our growth within the dynamic Consumer Industries, Communications, Media & Entertainment, and Digital Native Business sectors. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working alongside experienced Field Marketing Managers to execute impactful marketing strategies.

What You'll Do:

• Execute Impactful Events: Support the planning and execution of a diverse range of marketing activities, including engaging webinars, hands-on workshops, large-scale in-person events, exclusive executive gatherings, and strategic 3rd party sponsor ships.
• Data-Driven Insights: Assist in building and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards to track registration goals and ensure timely sales follow-up, providing valuable insights to optimize program performance.
• Operational Excellence: Support the contract submission process and meticulously track budget allocations, ensuring seamless program execution.
• Scalable Program Development: Document program deliverables to create repeatable and scalable processes, contributing to the long-term success of our marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

• Marketing Event Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing event execution within a B2B enterprise software company.
• Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets), and Mac operating systems.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to building strong relationships with key business partners.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau is a significant plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for events as required.
