• 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for Government clients
• 3+ years of experience with the direct management of complex solutions and development of proposal efforts for defense community and government clients in excess of $250M
• Experience in developing complex technical solutions for large strategic proposal efforts
• Ability to lead teams and stakeholders of all levels throughout the acquisition process
• Ability to present to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience working on solutions in an assisted acquisition environment, such as FEDSIM
• Experience with the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
