* Lead third-party providers responsible for facilities, space planning, moves, food and beverage services, hospitality, conferencing, AV and print/mail services
* Understand service provider scope of work and KPIs to monitor and report on vendor performance
* Identify, recommend/document and implement ways to drive optimal utilization of the facilities
* Promote operational excellence in customer service and a seamless user experience across providers
* Empower service providers to be innovative and deliver transformational ideas/results
* Maintain landlord relationships and engage with landlords facilities team as required
* Partner with cross-functional teams at all levels and serve as a trusted real estate expert internally and externally
* Deliver high-performing results while balancing customer needs and communicating Global Workplace Services strategies and best practices
* Role model a positive work environment through engagement and team building activities
* At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or Relationship Management
* At least 2 years of experience managing facilities for multiple locations
* Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
* 2+  years of experience in Project Management, People Management or Supplier Management
* 2+  years of experience with G Suite tools
