Principal Associate, Project Management - Integration Campaign Delivery Lead (Hybrid)

The Team

Our marketing operations delivery team within the Discover Integration team is looking for a dynamic Campaign Delivery Project Manager. The Card Marketing Delivery organization leads end‑to‑end delivery across all Marketing & Servicing intent in support of Integration. In this exciting role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and amplify Card's most impactful work, solve complex problems from our distinct Vantage point, all while balancing strategy and tactics.

As a Campaign Delivery Project Manager for Discover, you will collaborate with smart and passionate leaders to build and deliver communications across various stages of integration. The core responsibilities include:

• Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end‑to‑end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
• Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (i.e., digital, direct mail, statements etc.)
• Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
• Ensure projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time

• Exhibit outstanding influencing, collaboration and organizational skills to effectively drive intent delivery
• Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management skills, bringing the ability to thrive in gray space and quickly putting structure in place to manage a complex roadmap of deliverables
• Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders to manage, inform and influence as needed
• Can manage the details of multiple projects, deadlines and changing priorities, while maintaining excellent and accurate work
• Has an interest, and ideally experience, in Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
• At least 3 years of Process or Project Management experience

• Masters degree or MBA
• 4+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront)
• 4+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
• 4+ years of Project or Process Management experience
• BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Project Manager
McLean, VA: $117,300 - $133,900 for Principal Project Manager
New York, NY: $128,000 - $146,100 for Principal Project Manager
Richmond, VA: $106,700 - $121,700 for Principal Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
