• Lead pricing and product strategy for Retail Bank deposits growth and Savings / CD pricing to help achieve growth targets.
• Partner with stakeholders across SAFE, Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal / Compliance to deliver results with direct impact on the bottom line.
• Set interest rates on Savings and CD products and drive go-forward product strategy.
• Analyze competitors and incorporate best industry practices. Develop and execute on the go-forward product strategy.
• Manage new product launches – including credit decision support, LAUNCH process, and coordination with Product, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance teams.
• Coordinate Discover deposit product integration to Capital One products; partner with the integration team and SAFE leadership on milestones and decisions.
• Coordinate materials, lead meetings, and develop follow-ups for SAFE monthly business review meetings (MBRs) and MAPS M  slide completion.
• Maintain team documentation – rate change controls, audit material support, updating team control and process docs.
• Manage site and disclosure updates for Savings and CD; summarize and raise complaint themes to inform CX and product agenda.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance on risk events to drive solutions and remediation.
• Improve the consumer deposit exception mailbox process.
• Support SAFE culture and collaboration – team learning, culture committee participation, and cross-team stand-ups as needed; help build a team repository for key analytical projects/presentations.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

• Riverwoods, IL: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager
• McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project Manager
• Wilmington, DE: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. This role is eligible for incentive compensation (cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives) based on plan rules.
