At JMark, operational excellence ensures mission success. We are seeking Task Operations Support professionals across multiple levels to assist executive leadership, manage day-to-day mission support functions, and ensure seamless coordination of operations.
Team members may provide direct executive administrative support, manage travel, meetings, and correspondence, or at senior levels, supervise support staff and oversee Task 2 cadre operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in high-tempo environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
Key Responsibilities Administrative & Mission Support (All Levels)Perform executive administration functions, including high-level correspondence, scheduling, briefing preparation, and records management.
Coordinate travel planning, meeting logistics, event services, and general office operations.
Ensure operational and administrative tasks are delivered with accuracy, timeliness, and alignment to mission requirements.
Task Oversight & Team Management (Mid to Senior Levels)Assist the Executive & Mission Support Lead in managing Task 2 cadre operations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for operational support activities, ensuring quality outcomes.
Monitor workload distribution, providing guidance and mentorship to staff.
Supervise daily operations of the Operations Support Team to ensure consistency and mission alignment.
Strategic Leadership & Alignment (Senior/Manager Levels)Drive operational consistency across multiple functions and teams.
Anticipate executive and mission needs, preparing critical materials and solutions to support leadership priorities.
Represent the team in leadership discussions, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications RequiredActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience in administrative, operations, or mission support functions.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with office management systems, scheduling tools, and event coordination.
PreferredExperience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal programs.
Familiarity with executive-level correspondence, briefing materials, and protocol.
Supervisory or leadership experience (for senior/manager levels).
