The Trillium is seeking a dependable Painter & Floor Care Technician to help maintain our community. This position is ideal for someone with solid painting experience and floor care knowledge who takes pride in keeping a property clean, fresh, and well maintained.
We are looking for someone who knows how to paint properly, operate floor equipment safely, and handle light maintenance tasks with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Painting
- Surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming)
- Interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
- Clean, professional finishes
- Ongoing touch-ups and preventative upkeep
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Strip, wax, and buff floors
- Operate commercial or residential floor machines safely and effectively
- Maintain polished and clean common areas
- Minor drywall repairs
- Caulking and patchwork
- Basic hardware adjustments or replacements
- Identify and report larger repair issues
- Proven professional painting experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Experience with commercial or residential floor care equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
