The Trillium is seeking a dependable Painter & Floor Care Technician to help maintain our community. This position is ideal for someone with solid painting experience and floor care knowledge who takes pride in keeping a property clean, fresh, and well maintained.

We are looking for someone who knows how to paint properly, operate floor equipment safely, and handle light maintenance tasks with confidence.

• Surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming)
• Interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
• Clean, professional finishes
• Ongoing touch-ups and preventative upkeep
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Strip, wax, and buff floors
• Operate commercial or residential floor machines safely and effectively
• Maintain polished and clean common areas

• Minor drywall repairs
• Caulking and patchwork
• Basic hardware adjustments or replacements
• Identify and report larger repair issues

• Proven professional painting experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Experience with commercial or residential floor care equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
