The Trillium is seeking a dependable and skilled Painter with Floor Care and Light Maintenance experience to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the beauty, safety, and overall appearance of our community.

Schedule: Full Time, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
Shift: Evening

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior painting, touch-ups, wall repairs, and surface preparation
• Conduct routine flooring maintenance, including carpet and tile cleaning
• Assist with light maintenance tasks (minor repairs, bulb replacements, basic troubleshooting)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies
• Respond to work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a well-maintained environment for residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Experience in painting, floor care, and/or general maintenance required
• Must be able to speak English
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment/materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and customer-service focus
