Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Enterprise Risk and Data Analysis experience to support Third Party Risk Management initiatives. This role involves working closely with governance teams to manage risk programs, analyze enterprise data, and develop reporting dashboards that support leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside the Governance Advisor to support Enterprise Operationally Critical Third Parties (EOCTP) and Vulnerability Incident Management (VIM) programs.
- Ensure divisions comply with internal risk management guidelines for critical third parties.
- Analyze enterprise data and generate insights through KRIs, KPIs, and risk metrics reporting.
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly risk dashboards and reports.
- Aggregate and analyze enterprise data for periodic reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
- Conduct third-party risk assessments to identify operational, financial, compliance, and reputational risks.
- Document and track vulnerability incidents and maintain related evidence and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project management goals and risk initiatives.
- Prepare professional documentation including reports, procedures, dashboards, presentations, and guidance materials.
- Monitor industry trends related to cybersecurity, information security, and third-party risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Security, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in Enterprise Risk Management or Third Party Risk Management.
- Strong experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power
BI. - Experience with SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in financial services environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or information security risk management.
- Experience with One Trust Third Party Risk Management platform.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
