  • Drive cross-functional execution and risk decisions:
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Security, and business owners to move matters from intake to signature, manage competing priorities, and resolve issues thoughtfully and efficiently. When material risks cannot be fully resolved through negotiation, analyze legal, privacy, security, and business impacts and draft risk acceptance memoranda summarizing key issues, mitigations, and recommendations to support informed business decisions.
  • Operationalize and scale contracting workflows:
Build and maintain templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and approval guidance for inbound agreements; identify recurring issues and implement process improvements that increase consistency and speed.
  • Support privacy, AI governance, and product legal counseling:
Provide day-to-day legal support on privacy program and AI governance matters across Medallia's operations and products, and assist with product legal and customer-facing questions related to privacy and AI, including shaping positions, documentation, and communications.
