The IAM Program Assurance NAL resource will lead the design, build, and curation of a centralized, structured IAM Knowledge Repository. This repository will serve as the "Single Source of Truth" for all IAM pillars, enabling seamless audit responses, governance oversight, and business enablement. A critical success factor for this role is ensuring that all data and artifacts are structured for future Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), allowing AI-assisted querying for stakeholders in Risk, Audit, and Engineering.

• IAM Domain Expertise:
  Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience across IGA, PAM, and Access Management.
• Governance & Audit:
  Proven track record supporting complex audits (SOX/FFIEC) and mapping technical controls to compliance frameworks.
• Information Architecture:
  Experience designing structured knowledge bases, documentation hierarchies, or content management systems.
• Data Proficiency:
  Ability to write/interpret queries (SQL) and familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake for security reporting.
• AI Literacy:
  Understanding of how structured data interacts with LLMs/RAG systems is a significant plus.
