We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Senior Consultant to drive the semantic evolution of our clients card data ecosystem. In this role, you won't just be drawing boxes and lines; you will be the bridge between abstract business intent and concrete data architecture.

As a lead practitioner, you will be responsible for defining standardized attributes across approximately 20 cross-functional teams. Your goal is to ensure that our clients card data products speak a universal language, reducing friction and unlocking insights across the enterprise.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in the "gray area" of definitions and can drive a group toward a "gold standard."
• Is comfortable being hands-on with the tools while simultaneously managing high-level stakeholder expectations.
• Can ramp up immediately, bringing a proactive approach to a fast-paced environment.

• Semantic Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into robust semantic definitions, ontologies, and metadata structures.
• Data Standardization: Lead the effort to define and govern standardized attributes for card data products to ensure consistency and interoperability.
• Relationship Modeling: Design and maintain high-quality Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) that reflect the reality of our data landscape.
• Cross-Team Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison across ~20 different teams, facilitating alignment discussions to reach consensus on data definitions and standards.
• Immediate Impact: Rapidly onboard and apply ontology best practices to active work streams, providing immediate value to the data modeling lifecycle.

• Ontology & Semantic Modeling: Proven experience building and implementing formal ontologies and semantic frameworks.
• Metadata Mastery: Expertise in metadata standardization and the creation of enterprise-level data dictionaries.
• ERD Proficiency: Advanced skills in Entity-Relationship Diagramming and logical data modeling.
• Superior Communication: The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead large-group facilitation with diplomacy and clarity.
