Technical Delivery Lead

seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of product implementations and technical solutions. This individual will lead cross-functional teams consisting of developers, business analysts, solution architects, data scientists, and functional subject matter experts and serve as the primary interface between the customer and the delivery team. The Technical Delivery Lead will combine strong technical expertise, product knowledge, and leadership capabilities to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery while building trusted customer relationships.

* Qualifications:

*** Strong technical background (software engineering, systems architecture, or similar)
* Experience leading cross-functional teams
* Customer-facing experience with enterprise clients
* Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred)
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Experience with public sector software implementations
* Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential
* Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements
* Ability to obtain and maintain government Secret security clearance as required by contract
* Must be local to the Washington, DC metro area6+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership
* Experience with enterprise SaaS products
* Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
* Background in consulting or implementation services
* Technical hands-on experience in relevant technology stack
* Experience with Department of War (DoW) software implementations
