As a UI/UX Design Lead, you champion user-centered design principles and drive the creation of intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You lead a team of talented designers, fostering innovation and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. Your work directly impacts the user experience of our products and contributes to the overall success of the organization.

This position requires an Active DoD Secret Clearance.

This position is Fully Remote.

• Leads and mentors a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Drives the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and user-centered solutions.
• Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into effective designs.
• Creates wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and validate design decisions.
• Conducts user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design improvements.
• Develops and maintains design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Oversees the implementation of designs, working closely with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
• Stays up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, incorporating them into the design process as appropriate.
• Presents design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
