Role SummaryThis is a senior leadership role for a technically strong strategist with 6 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, and brand positioning.
This is not a brand theory role, a media buyer‑only role, or a reporting-only role. You will own the intersection of positioning and narrative, tracking and attribution systems, and analytics and performance insights.
You will work directly with the founder and team leads to translate strategy into execution systems that produce measurable growth across ads, content, funnels, and reporting.
What You Will Own1. Brand Strategy + Positioning Architecture
- Develop positioning frameworks across industries
- Define messaging structure and narrative hierarchy
- Establish brand voice consistency across content and ads
- Translate positioning into performance campaigns
2. Technical Fluency
- Google Ads account structure and bidding models
- Meta Ads funnel architecture
- Conversion tracking and event configuration
- Audience segmentation and creative direction
- Lead quality evaluation
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding funnel strategy from awareness to conversion
- Reviewing account structures and campaign logic
- Ensuring creative aligns with positioning
- Auditing performance inefficiencies
- Connecting ad performance to actual revenue
3. Analytics, Tracking & Attribution
You will oversee:
- GA4 configuration and event strategy
- Dashboard design and insight translation
You must be able to:
- Build dashboards that drive decisions, not vanity metrics
- Break down competitor funnels
- Analyze ad angles and offer structures
- Translate insights into strategic advantage
5. Internal Systems & Leadership
- Build SOPs and repeatable frameworks
- Reduce revisions and ambiguity
- Standardize strategic deliverables
- Mentor team leads
- Join high-level client strategy calls when required
- Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Project management systems such as Click Up, Asana, Monday, Hubspot, AEM platform, or Notion
- Clear, usable frameworks implemented by the team
- Fewer strategic revisions
- Accurate tracking and attribution systems
- Stronger reporting tied to growth decisions
- Higher lead quality across client accounts
- Confident next step recommendations backed by data
- Increased trust from clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in both brand positioning and performance marketing
- Deep technical understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and GTM setup
- Experience managing lead generation funnels
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams
- Brand strategists without performance accountability
- Media buyers who do not understand positioning
- Analysts who only build dashboards but do not guide decisions
- Individuals who require constant direction to execute
