Job Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: McLean, VA
Type: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in software development; 4 years of relevant experience and specialized training or certification in SharePoint development
• Strong SharePoint Workflow experience including Enterprise Workflows (SharePoint Designer and Nintex)
• Experience producing the Level of Effort (LOE) for project requirements deliverables
• Deep experience in IT solution delivery and SharePoint Architecture
• Familiar with development and change life cycles for both EUCs and Applications
• Hands‑on experience with Build and Deployment tools and languages
• Proficient in documenting and communicating ideas clearly
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑starter; collaborative; problem‑solver
• Capable of working independently
• Knowledge of SharePoint Best Practices
