  • Partner closely with Product, QA, Release, and Operations teams to ensure predictable, compliant releases.
  • Drive defect resolution, root‑cause analysis, and production support for critical healthcare workflows.
  • Champion performance, security, accessibility, and data integrity across products.
Solution Architecture
  • Define and own end‑to‑end solution architectures across claims, managed care, enrollment, pricing, integrations, and data platforms.
  • Design secure, scalable integrations with internal systems, state partners, vendors, and external services (APIs, batch, messaging).
  • Ensure architectural alignment with CMS, HIPAA, state‑specific regulations, and Acentra Health enterprise standards.
  • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, design artifacts, and technical decision records.
  • Review designs and implementations to ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and reuse across programs.
Regulatory & Healthcare Compliance
  • Ensure solutions meet healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, state policies).
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring traceability between requirements, designs, and implementations.
  • Collaborate with compliance, security, and privacy teams to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to standards.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as a technical leader and mentor, guiding engineers and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Drive cross‑team alignment across Product Engineering, Architecture, QA, Release, and Program teams.
  • Communicate technical risks, trade‑offs, and dependencies clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support readiness testing, demos, and stakeholder reviews to ensure business and client confidence.
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive them to resolution.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
