Developer-UX User Interface Professional

Pay rate range: $50/hour. to $53/hr. on W2

Full-time on-site

Must Have Qualifications:
3+ years of relatable experience.
Candidate must be familiar with Figma, Adobe XD, UX/UI design at the enterprise level, and React 18 programming..

Position Overview:
The
team is seeking a UX/UI Designer for a large strategic financial project.
The position is focused on enhancing and improving the enterprise-level application user interface.
The candidate will closely work with the financial engineering team to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface and collaborate with other stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes and prototypes and ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Design a user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing interface for an enterprise-level financial application.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI design using Figma.

• Enhance the existing design system to improve user experience.

• Work closely with UI developers to ensure seamless implementation of UX/UI design.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve design decisions.

• Collaborate with product owner, developers, and stakeholders to understand end-user needs.

• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Technical Skills:

• 3+ experience in UX/UI design in a professional environment.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tool.

• Practical knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and SASS.

• Practical knowledge and understanding of modern UI libraries such as Material-UI

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work on enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree in Graphic design, User Experience design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar, but not required.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise application design.
