As a Data Scientist with Lucayan, you will apply advanced data science techniques to extract insights from complex datasets, support mission-critical decision-making, and deliver innovative analytics for the Intelligence Community. What You'll Do
* Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from diverse sources.
* Develop and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical algorithms .
* Evaluate and optimize models for accuracy and scalability.
* Communicate analytic insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
* Design visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings effectively.
* Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and mission teams to solve operational challenges.
* Stay up to date on data science and AI/ML trends to deliver innovative solutions. Do You Have What It Takes?

Required:

* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science).
* 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, AI/ML, or quantitative analysis.
* Proficiency with Python, R, SQL/Postgre

SQL, Git Lab .
* Hands-on experience analyzing large-scale datasets .
* Experience with Palantir Foundry/Gotham tools.
* Ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Preferred:
* Experience with telecommunications metadata analysis.
* Exposure to SIGINT, counterintelligence, or cyber operations .
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Spark, Kafka).
* Experience with Agile project workflows (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
