Director, Data Analysis - Fraud Data Team

The successful candidate will possess a deep subject matter expertise in data management practices and risk management frameworks. The role also requires excellent problem solving, communication, and judgment skills. The ability to navigate within a complex, fast moving environment is also a must.

**** Responsibilities:
***** Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 8 years of experience performing data analytics, or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
* At least 6 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
* At least 6 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies
* At least 4 years of experience managing people
* Master’s Degree
* 10+ years of Professional Data Analysis experience
* 5+ years of Big Data experience (AWS and Spark)
* 5+ years of cloud native (AWS) data processing experience
* 5+ years of Process Management experience
* 5+ years of Project Management experience
* 5+ years of experience with Python
* 5+ years of Data Governance experience
* 2+ years of experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark streaming)
