Manager, Product Management - Credit Review

* Direct the day-to-day efforts for a patented custom workflow application that empowers users to provide assurance and oversight for the Board of Directors and Regulatory Community
* Manage the day-to-day priorities and execution for a team of 7+ Engineers
* Foster a collaborative team environment by building relationships with Business partners, plus Risk Product, Technology and Design partners
* Partner with the business stakeholder to gather new requirements and with technology team to deliver new features to support business needs
* Deeply understand the analytical needs of Credit Review and partner with them to identify opportunities for improvement
* Prioritize the Product Backlog to maximize business and customer outcomes
* Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design
* Enable collaboration and ensure communication between teams
* Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
* Conduct training to our business customers regarding the new features of our products
* At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)  + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
* AWS certification
* 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
* 1+ years of experience with data analytics and data modeling
* 1+ years of experience with cloud and technology services* !+ years of experience with technical optimization, architecture, and data design
