Position Contingent Upon Contract Award As the
** Lifecycle Manager**, you will have a background in IT systems management and integration to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.
*
* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*** Manage IT systems throughout their entire lifecycle-from planning and deployment to retirement
* Define and maintain technological roadmaps aligned with mission objectives
* Analyze integration and transition requirements to ensure seamless implementation
* Coordinate between development, operations, and support teams to maintain system continuity
* Track resources and timelines to support lifecycle planning and budget alignment
* Identify opportunities to improve system performance and reduce operational risk
* Ensure IT solutions remain aligned with evolving business and mission needs
** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
* High school diploma/GED with 10 years’ experience
* Associate's with 8 years’ experience
* Bachelor's with 6 years’ experience
* Master's with 4 years’ experience
** KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:
* Demonstrated experience managing IT systems or programs across all lifecycle phases
* Strong understanding of system integration, deployment strategies, and operational planning
* Ability to develop technology roadmaps and long-term planning frameworks
* Proficiency with tracking tools, project management systems, or lifecycle management platforms
* Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams
