Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex transformation initiatives within a large enterprise program environment. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple work streams, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. The Project Manager will maintain schedule integrity, track progress, manage risks, and support leadership reporting and governance activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations
* Drive execution of project deliverables across multiple work streams (e.g., CLM, S2P, Finance)
* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
* Facilitate project status meetings and prepare executive-level dashboards and reports
* Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels
* Collaborate with Deployment SMEs, Business Process Leads, and Change Management teams to align system configurations and process decisions
* Manage vendor relationships and coordinate integration activities across enterprise platforms (e.g., Infor, Icertis, Costpoint)
* Support organizational change management efforts, including training and end-user adoption
* Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices
* Identify, escalate, and drive resolution of critical issues in a timely manner
* Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement across project execution
Required Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, or project controls on large-scale technology, ERP, or transformation programs
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and JIRA
* Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including:
* Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
* Critical Path Method (CPM)
* Dependency and schedule logic
* Ability to review technical plans, translate them into actionable schedules, and validate accuracy with SMEs
* Experience supporting ERP implementations (Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS, or similar)
* Familiarity with hybrid Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in federal contracting or professional services environments
* Experience supporting Program Managers, Engineers, Developers, Testers, and PMO teams
* PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
* Graphic design experience is a plus
