Role Description s:

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Playwright Automation Tester to join our engineering team.

You will be responsible for designing| developing| and maintaining a robust automation framework that ensures the high quality of our web applications.

Your goal will be to move us toward a Continuous Testing model by integrating automated suites into our CICD pipelines and reducing manual regression overhead.

• Framework Development:
  Build| enhance| and maintain an end-to-end automation framework using Playwright with Type Script or JavaScript.
• Test Scripting:
  Design and execute high-quality test scripts for functional| regression| integration| and E2E scenarios.
• CICD Integration:
  Integrate automated test suites into Dev Ops pipelines (e.g.| Git Hub Actions| Git Lab CI| or Jenkins) to enable automated gated check-ins.
• API Testing:
  Develop automated tests for RESTful APIs to ensure data integrity and backend reliability.
• Cross-Browser Validation:
  Leverage Playwrights capabilities to ensure seamless application performance across Chromium| Firefox| and Web Kit.
• Defect Management:
  Identify| document| and track software defects using JIRA. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve flaky tests.
• Code Reviews:
  Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards for test code maintainability and scalability.

• Experience:
  
  8-10 years in the required field.
