Contract Job Overview
This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis. The role contributes to large‑scale planning related to Information Security Analysis deliverables, reviews and analyzes challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors, and collaborates with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The position also involves contributing significantly to the development and implementation of a firm‑wide Cyber Social Responsibility program aimed at educating employees and customers.
Responsibilities- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Analysis challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Analysis.
- Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of a firm‑wide Cyber Social Responsibility program.
- Define the program’s mission, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and manage initiatives to extend cybersecurity awareness and best practices to individual customers and the wider community.
- Develop partnerships with internal teams and external organizations to promote cybersecurity education and social responsibility.
- Create and distribute public‑facing content on relevant cybersecurity topics, such as articles, webinars, and redor media campaigns.
- Analyze simulation results to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver targeted training and awareness materials based on simulation outcomes.
- 4 years of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Stakeholder engagement and/or community engagement experience.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST,_future).
- Experience designing, developing, and executing realistic social engineering simulations (e.g., phishing, vishing, smishing) to improve employee awareness and resilience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including threat landscape, risk management, and security controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to denominations complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
- Ideally 5‑8 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or program development, with a focus on security awareness, training, or a related field.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
