Security Clearance:
Per government contract must be US citizen and able to obtain a public trust clearance.
This is an e-commerce position requiring a minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or has equivalent work experience. Must have strong administration support skills in UNIX (Solaris / Linux) on premises and AWS environments. Experience administering Axway Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect:
Direct products is required. Individuals must be able to lead, implement, and support specialized business and technical information technology solutions. Must be willing to work off hours, weekends, and on-call.
- Strong background in AWS cloud environment, including experience with services such as: EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, and EKS/ECS.
- Proficient in scripting and programming languages:
Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible. - Experience developing or supporting infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops principles.
- Experience with AWS CDK, Cloud Formation, or Terraform.
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong UNIX Solaris / Linux systems administration skills.
- Strong Experience administering and configuring Away Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect Direct.
- Experience with management of SSL, TLS, data encryption, and certificates.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or 10 years of experience with a HS Diploma.
- Perform Operations support of Axway Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect Direct on premises (Solaris/Linux) and AWS Linux environments.
- Provide build and operations support, including troubleshooting, timely resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents.
- Perform change management (CM) role on the components. Implement change requests based on CM processes.
- Has proven interpersonal, communication, organizational, documentation, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong diplomacy, assertiveness, influencing skills with commitment and ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment.
- Ability to manage own projects, including communications to customers as well as work as part of a larger operational team.
