- Publish self‑service documentation and guides for organizational administrators and power users.
- Partner with platform engineering and customer success teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics platform operations, data engineering, or BI development supporting production environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with Qlik Sense and/or Qlik Cloud, including app development, load scripting, set analysis, section access, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with Databricks, including SQL Warehouses, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, repository workflows, and advanced SQL.
- Prior experience supporting DoD or federal environments with familiarity in IL levels, STIGs, or controlled data handling.
- Experience administering RPA platforms or Automation Suite technologies, including bot lifecycle management and connectors.
- Background working in governed environments with audit logging, change management, access reviews, and documentation standards.
- Customer success or platform enablement experience, including training, templating, and center‑of‑excellence models.
