Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Policy & Quality Assurance Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This role is responsible for ensuring that future‑state business processes, system integrations, and data flows align with established policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in policy governance, quality assurance, and enterprise system testing, and will partner closely with functional, technical, finance, and change management teams throughout design, build, testing, and implementation phases.
This role plays a critical part in driving compliance, accuracy, and readiness across integrated ERP and CLM platforms.
- Conduct enterprise-wide reviews of existing policies and SOPs impacted by system modernization initiatives
- Create and maintain a Policy Impact Register to track required updates, approvals, and training needs
- Identify obsolete, conflicting, or duplicative policies and coordinate updates or retirements
- Draft and revise corporate policies, procedures, and process maps aligned to standardized Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows
- Partner with Change Management teams to communicate policy updates and support training material development
- Develop and lead end-to-end testing strategies
, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing - Author and oversee execution of test plans and test cases focused on compliance, financial accuracy, and system integrations
- Validate workflows, integrations, and cross-system data accuracy during end-to-end testing
- Track defects, support remediation efforts, and ensure resolution prior to go-live
- Maintain traceability between business requirements, design decisions, and testing outcomes
- Support readiness assessments, milestone reviews, and implementation governance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in policy analysis, quality assurance, or compliance within complex enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards (e.g.,
ISO 9001, CMMI, ITIL
) - Proven experience developing master test strategies, test plans, and detailed test scripts
- Demonstrated success authoring and revising corporate policies and procedures
- Experience supporting ERP, CLM, or large-scale system integration initiatives
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CGFM, CISA, or PMP
- Experience with supply chain modernization or business process re‑engineering (BPR) initiatives
- Familiarity with supplier exchange portals and flow-down compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional policy harmonization efforts across enterprise programs
