Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath Architect with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hands‑on experience in UiPath Document Understanding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, efficient, and resilient automation solutions, leading the technical delivery of RPA projects, and providing strategic guidance for Document Understanding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end‑to‑end RPA solutions using UiPath for enterprise‑grade applications.
• Lead the design and development of automation workflows with a focus on Document Understanding (e.g., extracting data from invoices, forms, unstructured PDFs).
• Define technical architecture, best practices, and design standards for UiPath implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into robust automation solutions.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment strategies for bots.
• Design and implement reusable components such as custom activities, libraries, and templates.
• Evaluate and incorporate AI/ML models and UiPath’s AI Center where applicable.
• Mentor RPA developers and contribute to capability building across the team.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards in RPA solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and identify automation opportunities involving OCR, classification, and intelligent data extraction.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UiPath Architect or Lead RPA Developer.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding framework.
• Experience with UiPath tools such as AI Center, Action Center, and Data Service is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of RPA lifecycle, versioning, exception handling, and logging frameworks.
• Experience with REFramework and custom framework design.
• Working knowledge of  / C# / Python is a plus.
