ServiceNow Developer Security Clearance

Position: ServiceNow Developer with Security Clearance
Our client has an immediate need for Mid and Sr level Service Now Developer(s) to assist in the technical solution and development / implementation of applications leveraging the OOTB modules and customization as necessary to ensure the required business outcomes are delivered OOTB Service Now modules and Custom App to migrate legacy applications to the DoD Enterprise Service Now platform.

As a Service Now developer, you will deliver products and services defined throughout the life cycle of the project and resolve post-production deficiencies. You will also, manage and participate in designing and developing solutions using various OOTB modules such as Product Catalog, Service Now Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules, Request Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CSM, and other Service Now modules, as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
* Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of Service Now and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
* Manage the Service Now solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets)
* Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable Service Now implementation.
* Ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes.
* Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support
* Manage the Service Now solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.
* Work with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements
* Work closely with the Service Now technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps
* Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable Service Now implementation.
* Ability to maintain and develop scoped applications
* Working with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.
* Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
* Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications. Education, Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
* BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
* Mid level (3+)Three plus years of hands-on integration experience in Service Now
* Senior level (5+) Five plus years of Hands-on Integration experience in Service Now
* Experience in a Service Now platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
* Good understanding of Service Now's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
* Good understanding of ACLs

* Experience performing Service Now analysis, architecture, and application development.
* Hands-on experience with Service Now components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
* Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
* Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
