Program Manager - DevOps System Integration

Program Manager - Dev Ops System Integration.

Location:

McLean, VA.

• Define Program Scope and Milestones: Define, scope, and oversee the successful execution of the integration program, establishing clear objectives, critical path milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage Integration Strategy: Manage and govern the strategy for data analysis, mapping, and migration, ensuring alignment between Client's asset data structures and bank's target systems of record.
• Coordinate Technical Teams: Coordinate engineering teams responsible for configuring and validating the target systems (e.g., application inventory platforms, Identity and Access Management tools) to correctly absorb and manage the incoming Client component data.
• Risk and Dependency Management: Identify, track, and actively mitigate program risks, dependencies, and inter-team conflicts to keep the integration timeline on track.
• Reporting and Communication: Serve as the primary program liaison, providing timely, clear, and high-quality status reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders across engineering, risk, and compliance teams.
• Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Oversee the rigorous testing and validation protocols post-migration, ensuring that all components meet compliance standards, and ensuring comprehensive program documentation is finalized.

• Experience: Proven experience in technical program or project management, delivering complex system integrations or platform migrations in a large, regulated technology environment.
• Program Management and Delivery: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted technical projects, including defining scope, managing timelines, and driving cross-functional accountability.
• Dev Ops Component Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of the systems of record typically involved in managing software development assets (e.g., application inventory, source control systems, identity management).
• Knowledge of Service Now: Familiarity with Service Now (SNOW) data models and its function as a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Git Hub: Experience with Git Hub Enterprise and related migration/access management efforts is a strong plus.
• Communication: Exceptional program communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
