Opportunity

You will lead Service Now Transformation teams, supporting the development of user requirements, design and deliver UI solutions across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. This role requires regular travel to meet client needs.

Your

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
  • Track deliverables and project status to align with performance objectives.
  • Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
Skills & Attributes for Success
  • Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all phases of Service Now SPM projects.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY’s value.
  • Excellent business acumen to make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide guidance on Service Now SPM process implementations and transformation.
  • Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities and contribute strategic insights.
  • Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
  • Support pre‑sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
  • Produce high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
  • 4‑6 years of relevant Service Now SPM project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, and organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Desired
  • Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
  • Experience with Service Now AI solutions and performance analytics.
